The Short Version

I'm not a tech person who read about running a business. I'm a business owner who learned to build technology out of necessity.

After a decade of running service companies—managing crews, closing deals, handling payroll, putting out fires—I started building the automation systems I wished I'd had from day one. Now I help other service business owners skip the painful learning curve.

The Journey

The Foundation
Over 10 years ago, I got sober. That decision changed everything. Recovery taught me the value of service, integrity, and showing up consistently—principles that would shape how I approached business.
Starting from Zero
I started in the moving business with nothing but a truck and a willingness to work. Every lesson was learned the hard way—missed leads, scheduling disasters, cash flow crunches.
Building Confidence Home Services
Grew from a solo operation to a company with 25 employees and $432K in annual revenue. Developed systems that achieved a 76% lead closing rate. But the manual processes were killing us.
The Breaking Point
Spending hours on tasks that should take minutes. Leads falling through cracks. Team members waiting on information. I knew there had to be a better way.
The Pivot
Started building automation solutions—first for my own businesses, then realizing other owners faced the same problems. MW Development was born.
Today
Running multiple businesses while building automation and AI tools for service companies. Creating RevenueFirst.ai to bring enterprise-level sales automation to small businesses.

What Makes This Different

Most automation consultants come from tech backgrounds. They understand the tools but not the reality of running a service business—the 6 AM emergencies, the customers who need hand-holding, the employees who don't show up.

I've lived it. I've stood in the rain with an angry customer. I've stayed up until 2 AM figuring out payroll. I've lost leads because I was too busy working IN the business to work ON it.

That experience shapes everything I build. I don't create automation for automation's sake. I build solutions that solve real problems I've actually faced.
